This policy explains how Mr Move It ("we", "us") handles the personal information you share with us. We keep it simple, and we only ever use your details to help with your enquiry.
When you contact us or request a quote: by phone, WhatsApp, email or our website form. We collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, the postcodes you're moving between, and information about your move or clearance.
We do not sell your data, and we will never share it with third parties for marketing.
Our quote form is provided by i-mve, the booking and job management system we use to run our removals work. When you submit it, your details are sent directly into our i-mve account so we can prepare your quote. The form is displayed on our website but hosted by i-mve, which may set its own cookies and use analytics when it loads.
Our contact and service enquiry forms are processed through Netlify, our website host, which handles the secure delivery of your submission to us. Details submitted through any of our forms are used solely to respond to your enquiry.
We keep enquiry and job records only for as long as we reasonably need them: for example, to complete your move, honour our insurance obligations, and keep proper business records, after which they're securely deleted.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Just get in touch using the details below and we'll sort it out.
