Out on the north-west corner of the Wirral, West Kirby is a desirable coastal town with a lot of period charm. Handsome Victorian and Edwardian houses cluster around the town and the Marine Lake, with larger detached properties in neighbouring Caldy and Newton, and plenty of these have the high ceilings, big wardrobes and grand staircases that reward a careful, experienced team.
Seafront and town-centre streets can be busy and parking tight, especially in summer when the Marine Lake draws the crowds, so we plan loading and access to avoid the worst of it. For the larger Caldy homes, access is usually generous but the volume of furniture is higher. We bring the right size of team to match.
West Kirby's settled, well-to-do character means we're often here for downsizing moves and clearances as well as family removals, and the odd storage job when a coastal-property chain doesn't quite line up.
