A friendly market town on the edge of the Dee estuary, Neston mixes old cottages, terraces and newer estates. We move all of them: including the trickier rural properties out towards Parkgate and Burton.

Neston has a proper small-town feel, and its housing reflects a long history: characterful old cottages and terraces around the town centre and Little Neston, alongside newer family estates that have grown up around the edges. The older properties can mean narrow doorways and tight stairs, while the estates are generally easier going.
Head towards the estuary and Parkgate and things get more rural: longer driveways, country lanes and the odd farm property where a big van needs a careful approach. We know these roads well and plan access so nothing holds up the day.
