Here to take the weight off

When you're dealing with a loss, the last thing you need is the practical burden of emptying a home. That's where we quietly step in. We handle probate and bereavement clearances with patience and care, so you can focus on everything else that matters.

There's no rush from us. We'll work to whatever timescale suits you and the family, whether that's straight away or once probate is settled. And we'll always check before anything leaves the house.

  • Full or partial clearance of a loved one's home
  • Keepsakes, documents, photos and valuables carefully set aside for the family
  • Discreet, unmarked approach if you'd prefer privacy from neighbours
  • Usable belongings donated or passed on where you'd like them to be
  • Licensed, responsible disposal of the rest
  • Property left clean and ready for sale, rental or handover

Discreet, patient and respectful

Many of the families we help are managing this from a distance, or alongside solicitors and estate agents. We're happy to liaise sensitively, work around viewings, and keep everything low-key. If you can't be there on the day, we'll keep you updated and set aside anything you've asked us to keep.

If there are items you're unsure about, we'll never assume. We set anything questionable to one side and check with you first, no important paperwork or family keepsake ever gets thrown away by mistake.

A fair, honest price

We'll give you a clear, clear quote up front with no obligation, so there's one less thing to worry about. If it's easier, send us a few photos of the property and we can often quote from those.

We carry out probate and bereavement clearances discreetly across Chester, Wirral, Heswall, Deeside and North Wales. See all areas →

FAQs

Probate & Bereavement Clearances. Your questions answered

How does a probate clearance work?
We visit or take a look at photos, agree a clear price and a timescale that suits you, then clear the home carefully, setting aside anything you want to keep. We can wait until probate is granted if needed, and leave the property clean and ready for sale or handover. There's no pressure and no rush from us.
Will you keep important documents and keepsakes safe?
Always. Photos, paperwork, jewellery and anything of personal or financial importance is set aside for the family. If we come across something we're unsure about, we check with you before it goes anywhere.
Can you be discreet with neighbours?
Yes. We can take an unmarked, low-key approach and work quietly so the clearance is handled with privacy and dignity.
Do we need to be there on the day?
Not if it's difficult for you. Many families we help are managing things from elsewhere. We can arrange access, keep you updated throughout, and set aside anything you've asked us to keep.
Can you work around solicitors and estate agents?
Of course. We regularly liaise with solicitors handling the estate and work around viewings or handover dates. Just let us know who to coordinate with.
