Caldy is about as large-property as the Wirral gets. Substantial detached houses set in mature grounds, often four or five bedrooms and more, with the volume of furniture and belongings that comes with a house lived in for decades rather than a few years.
Access here is its own job. Private roads, gates, gravel drives and long approaches all shape how we work: a gate that will not take a Luton van means shuttling, and gravel means care with heavy items. We look at the approach before quoting so the plan is settled long before the day.
