Parkgate is a small, characterful village strung along the Dee estuary, best known for its Georgian parade, the old sea wall and the marshes beyond. The frontage properties and period cottages here are lovely but often come with narrow access, limited parking along The Parade, and the sort of tight doorways and staircases that need an experienced hand rather than brute force.
Because the village sits on a single main frontage road that gets busy, especially when the tide brings visitors out. We plan loading windows carefully and pick the right spot so we're not blocking the parade or holding up the day.
