Pensby is largely post-war semis, bungalows and family housing, and most of it has a driveway or a wide enough kerb for us to get close. The bungalows matter here: single-storey moves are quicker to load, but they are often downsizes with a lot of sorting to do first.
Pensby Road is the complication. It carries a lot of traffic and parking near the shops is tight, so a property fronting the main road needs a different plan from one on the quieter streets behind. We work that out in advance rather than on the morning.
