Pensby is semis, bungalows and family homes along a busy main road: good access at the back streets, more planning needed on Pensby Road itself.
Best Business of 2026 Award
Pensby is largely post-war semis, bungalows and family housing, and most of it has a driveway or a wide enough kerb for us to get close. The bungalows matter here: single-storey moves are quicker to load, but they are often downsizes with a lot of sorting to do first.
Pensby Road is the complication. It carries a lot of traffic and parking near the shops is tight, so a property fronting the main road needs a different plan from one on the quieter streets behind. We work that out in advance rather than on the morning.
We cover the whole CH61 area including Irby and Thingwall. Along with house moves, Pensby keeps us busy with clearances and probate work: the sort of job that needs patience and discretion rather than speed.
Full home moves across Wirral, Chester, Merseyside & North Wales. Packed, loaded and settled into your new place by our own team.
