Crosby runs from the coast inland: large period houses near the shore, family semis behind, and seafront parking that needs thinking about.

Crosby has some substantial period housing, particularly on the roads towards the coast, alongside plenty of comfortable family semis further back. The larger older properties bring wide staircases, generous rooms and the volume of contents that comes with a house held for decades.
The coastal roads are the ones to plan. Parking near the front fills up in good weather, and loading on an exposed road in a strong wind is slower and needs more hands on anything large and flat. We would rather build that in than rush it.
It is a longer run than our Wirral patch but a straightforward one, and we quote the travel openly rather than adding it later. Along with full house moves we handle downsizing and probate clearances on the older properties here.
